About Emili

Emili is an attorney in the Firm’s New York Labor and Employment practice group. She advises and represents employers in all areas of employment law. Before joining MHS, Emili represented both employers and employees in employment-related matters in both state and federal court. She also represented business in breach of contract and commercial matters.

Emili earned her J.D. from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. While in law school, Emili served as a Research Editor for the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal and as a member of the Student Bar Association. She received her B.S. in Political Science from Florida State University. Emili is admitted to practice law in the states of Florida, New Jersey, and New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

In her spare time, Emili enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her pets.
