Our attorneys work with some of the largest employers in the United States and have extensive experience defending clients faced with any kind of employment law claim. The attorneys in our Employment Litigation group focus exclusively on labor and employment law, allowing us to give insightful and timely advice that helps employers avoid litigation in the first place. We work with our clients to discuss best practices, provide advice on legal compliance, and guidance with respect to employment-related issues.
