Autumn helps employers navigate workplace risk with clarity, confidence, and practical judgement. With more than 15 years of experience advising and defending companies in employment litigation and agency matters, she partners with HR leaders, executives, and in-house counsel to resolve disputes efficiently, strengthen compliance, and prevent problems before they escalate.
Autumn helps employers manage the full lifecycle of workplace issues – from hiring and discipline to accommodations, wage and hour compliance, pay equity, and terminations. She has successfully defended companies in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and restrictive covenant matters in state and federal courts across the US.
Autumn’s early experience in complex commercial litigation matters – including products liability, franchise disputes, securities matters, trade secrets, and consumer fraud – strengthens her ability to assess risk, manage high-stakes disputes, and guide clients through multifaceted business challenges. She has substantial experience in trials, arbitrations, evidentiary hearings, and mediation, resulting in favorable results for clients, including seven-figure verdicts.
Autumn’s approach is grounded in partnership: understanding each client’s business, anticipating issues before they escalate, and delivering solutions that are defensible, practical, and aligned with organizational goals.
In her spare time, Autumn enjoys volunteering with her husband and daughter at local organizations, including the Greater Chicago Food Depository and Cradles to Crayons, and is an avid supporter of youth theater.
