About Jennifer

Jennifer is an attorney with the Firm’s Labor and Employment practice group in the New York City office. Jennifer represents employers in arbitrations, administrative proceedings, and disputes including wage and hour claims, allegations of discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment and sexual harassment. Jennifer also advises multi-state employers on compliance with federal, state, and local bargaining agreements. Jennifer also develops and delivers in-person and virtual employees and manager trainings across the country on topics such as compliance, respect in the workplace, DEI, conflict resolution, employment training for managers and employment law fundamentals – in both English and Spanish.

In addition to her legal practice, Jennifer serves as an adjunct professor at Hofstra Law School where she teaches advanced appellate advocacy skills to upper level students. She has also spoken on panels and given CLEs on general litigation practices, as well as employment and civil rights-related topics.

Jennifer is fluent in Spanish and Italian, and is certified to translate written Spanish, Italian, French & Portuguese.
