Chase is an attorney in the Firm’s labor and employment practice group and specializes in assisting employers with a wide range of employment issues. Within his practice, Chase assists employers navigating the complexities of employment regulations at the federal, state, and local levels. Additionally, Chase offers clients litigation expertise in matters related to wrongful termination, discrimination, wage disputes, and harassment.
Chase is a native of Dunwoody, Georgia. Prior to joining the firm, Chase earned his B.A. from Georgia Tech and his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law. While at Georgia Tech, Chase was a member of the Yellow Jacket football team, where he played quarterback, as well as special teams. Georgia Tech appeared in the ACC Championship and was crowned Orange Bowl Champions during Chase’s time with the Yellow Jackets. Chase continues to remain active with Georgia Tech through its Alumni Association. While in law school, Chase played a leading role in the fundraising efforts for his class. He currently serves as a member of Georgia State’s Law Alumni Council.
