About Whitley

Whitley is an attorney with the Firm’s Labor and Employment practice group in the New York City office. She counsels and represents employers in a wide array of employment issues. Prior to joining MHS, Whitley has represented employers in federal and state court actions in employment related matters. She has also represented businesses in contract and commercial matters as well as attorneys in both grievances and breach of duty matters.

Whitley earned her J.D. from New York Law School. While in law school, Whitley was a member of the Faculty Appointments Committee, First Generation Professionals, and the Student Bar Association. She also received the Dean’s Award for Student Leadership. Whitley received her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in History from James Madison University.

Whitley is admitted to practice before New York State courts as well as U.S. District Courts for Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
