Thomas is an associate with a client-centric approach to employment litigation, with previous experience in discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour class actions, and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) claims.
Thomas previously clerked for Castle Law Employment Counsel PC in Sacramento, where he gained valuable experience in drafting discovery motions, conducting extensive research on California employment law, writing blog posts on new developments in California’s employment landscape, and managing large-scale class action outreach.
Thomas earned his J.D. from California Western School of Law, where he was awarded the CWSL Admissions Scholarship and was recognized on the Dean’s Honor List in Spring 2024. While he grew up in San Diego, California, Thomas also lived overseas twice during his youth, spending a year in Naples, Italy, and a year and a half in Tokyo, Japan. These experiences have shaped his global perspective and appreciation for diverse cultures.
Outside of work, Thomas enjoys traveling, attending live events such as music concerts, comedy shows, and Padres games, and spending quality time with friends and family.
