Taylor is an attorney in the Firm’s Labor and Employment practice group in the New York City office. She represents and advises employers in a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, hostile work environment, whistleblower, and wage and hour claims. Taylor has experience handling matters from pre-suit through resolution, including developing litigation strategy, conducting discovery and depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and presenting oral arguments in state and federal court. She also represents employers before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Merit Systems Protection Board, Department of Labor, and state human rights agencies.
Taylor earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a member of the Appellate Moot Court Honor Society and Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. She received multiple CALI Excellence Awards and was selected as a Public Interest Fellow and International Human Rights Fellow. Prior to joining MHS, Taylor practiced employment litigation in New York and Colorado, representing employers in state and federal matters and serving as lead counsel in mediations and arbitrations.
Taylor is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
