Linh Tran is an attorney in the Firm’s Labor and Employment practice group. Prior to joining MHS, Linh litigated primarily complex wage and hour class action lawsuits.
Linh earned her undergraduate degree at Case Western Reserve University, where she was awarded the President’s Award for her leadership and commitment to bettering the campus community. She then pursued a career in higher education and student affairs before going to law school. Linh received her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, where she served as a Lead Article Editor and Business & Tech Editor for the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal and as a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Assistant to 1L students. In law school, Linh externed and clerked for Public Counsel, Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center – Special Education Law Clinic, Tollner Law Offices, and The Collective for Liberatory Lawyering. She was also active in the Student Bar Association and served as its Diversity Chair.
Linh was born and raised in Vietnam and she is fluent in Vietnamese. Linh now lives in Los Angeles, California and enjoys exploring LA eateries and coffee shops in her free time.
