About Jennifer

Jennifer defends employers of all sizes across multiple different jurisdictions on a wide spectrum of employment law issues. Jennifer focuses her practice on Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act. She has extensive experience conducting trainings and investigations, handling charges of discrimination, and has successfully obtained summary judgment on behalf of corporate clients in state and federal court.

As part of her practice, Jennifer partners with employers to craft lasting solutions that curtail potential workplace issues before they arise, saving them time, frustration, and ultimately, money. Jennifer immerses herself in her clients’ industries to gain insight into their operations and enjoys advising management and human resource professionals on a variety of matters including hiring, terminations, leaves of absence, FMLA, disability accommodations, and wage and hour issues.

Prior to joining MHS, Jennifer worked at a highly regarded Am Law 200 firm, where she handled a variety of commercial cases on behalf of financial institutions, mortgage servicers, and credit card companies. This experience organically led her to the firm’s employment practice group where she continued to build on her wide array of skills while cultivating her passion for employment law.
