Hailey Cavanaugh is an attorney in the Firm’s Sacramento practice group, where she represents employers in labor and employment matters. Before joining MHS, Hailey practiced at a civil litigation firm, primarily representing public entities.
Hailey graduated summa cum laude from the University of California Los Angeles with a B.A. in Political Science. She earned her J.D. from UC Davis School of Law, where she was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship.
In her spare time, Hailey enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring local coffee shops, and paddleboarding.
