Grant is a Partner of the Firm’s general liability, construction defect, and insurance defense practice group. Grant has obtained favorable outcomes for his clients at all stages of litigation. Grant recently won a jury trial defense verdict for a business in a disputed trip-and-fall lawsuit.
Grant is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Alabama. Grant’s previous experience includes litigating complex, multi-party class actions nationwide.
Grant grew up in Atlanta’s Virginia-Highland neighborhood. He earned his B.A. from the University of Florida, and his J.D. and Master of Public Administration from Georgia State University College of Law. Grant earned the highest grade in Advanced Evidence and Trial Skills from Professor Paul Milich, credited for his work implementing the current Georgia Rules of Evidence.
Outside of the office, Grant enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children.
