Bianca’s practice includes providing counsel and representation to management clients in all matters related to labor and employment law. She is well-versed in a wide variety of matters and carefully guides clients through all facets of traditional labor law. She routinely serves as the chief negotiator in contract negotiations and assists clients in the interpretation and implementation of collective bargaining agreements. When clients face union organizing campaigns, Bianca is quick to provide strategic and legal advice. Bianca also represents employees in unfair labor practice charges brought before the National Labor Relations Board.
In addition to her labor practice, Bianca defends employers in discrimination and retaliation cases brought under both federal and state laws. Bianca has an artful way of negotiating successful and cost-effective settlements and has a passion for advocating for her clients.
An Atlanta native, Bianca graduated from Cumberland School of Law, at Samford University. An avid sport enthusiast, Bianca enjoys taking in Atlanta sporting events and exploring her city with her family. Bianca’s competitive drive stems from her time as a competitive tennis player for the Alabama Crimson Tide.
