Amir represents clients in all aspects of labor and employment law including counseling and litigation involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, employee discipline, whistleblower issues and state and federal wage and hour claims. Maintaining an active litigation practice, Amir has experience in law and motion, discovery, settlement negotiation, mediation, and trial. Amir also provides training on prevention of workplace harassment and best practices for complying with California wage and hour laws.
Prior to joining Martenson, Hasbrouck & Simon’s Southern California office, Amir represented public-sector clients in employment, personal injury, and property-liability claims.
