Eduardo Roa is an attorney with the Firm’s Labor and Employment practice in Chicago. He represents clients in all aspects of employment including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblower issues, and wage and hour claims. Before joining the firm Eduardo worked as a non-attorney hearing representative for a boutique workers’ compensation law firm in California. As non-attorney hearing representative Eduardo made multiple appearances at the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, representing both injured workers and uninsured employers.
Eduardo earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science at the University of California, Davis. After graduating, Eduardo moved to Chicago to attend law school at the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Law. During his time in law school, Eduardo was a board member of the Latinx Law Student Association, sat on the schools Honors and Professional Council, and was a member of Trial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution team.
During his spare time, Eduardo enjoys spending time with his family, going on road trips, and visiting national parks.
