Michelle represents clients in all aspects of labor and employment law including lawsuits involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, employee discipline, whistleblower issues, and state and federal wage and hour claims. She also represents property owners and businesses in defense of claims involving violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Disabled Persons Act.
Michelle has experience ranging from discovery, settlement negotiations and trial. She has also represented clients in both state and federal courts. She also provides client training on wage and hour issues.
Prior to joining Martenson, Hasbrouck & Simon’s Southern California office, Michelle represented public entities in employment, personal injury, and property liability claims.
