About King

King offers clients decades of experience in numerous practice areas, including general litigation representing plaintiffs and defendants, estate planning including wills and trusts, resolution of probate matters, corporate formation and resolution of business disputes, and commercial and residential real estate transactions and litigation for lenders, entities and individuals.

King has practiced law in Georgia since 1995 following a career in university administration and teaching. From 1969-1995, he was Dean for Student Life Programs at Georgia State University, taught in its College of Business, performed the legal work to obtain the license for the student-operated radio station WRAS-FM, was editor of the Student Code of Conduct, and created unique leadership training courses for students. Since 1995, when he began his private practice, he has provided his clients with legal advice in a wide variety of practice areas. He served as chair of the Atlanta Bar Association Real Estate Section and is a member of the Lawyers Club of Atlanta, the Old War Horse Lawyers Club, and the St. Thomas More Society.
