About David
David is a partner in the firm’s Southern California office where his practice is focused on the defense of clients in high stakes litigation. David regularly provides advice and counsel to employers regarding all aspects of employment law, and litigates matters involving discrimination, harassment, whistleblower issues, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. David also represents private and public works contractors in general liability and construction defect matters. Additionally, David assists businesses involved in tort and contractual disputes.
David graduated magna cum laude from Western State University College of Law where he served as Managing Editor of the Law Review. Prior to attending law school, David graduated summa cum laude from Virginia Commonwealth University with a M.S. in Urban and Regional Planning, during which time he served as a Fellow in the administration of Governor Tim Kaine working to craft economic development and tax incentive programs and helping Virginia to achieve a ranking of #1 on the Forbes’ Best States for Business list. In addition, David served as a legislative aid and speechwriter to Senator Norm Coleman in the United States Senate with sole responsibility for labor and employment issues. David obtained his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.
