Will Moore is an associate in the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group. He assists employers in all aspects of employment disputes and litigation involving wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, tort, and other federal and state law claims. Will also advises employers in compliance efforts related to statutory and regulatory provisions such as the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and other state and local laws, including CROWN Acts.
Will is an Atlanta native and grew up in Decatur, Georgia. He earned his B.A. from the University of Georgia and his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law. While in law school, Will was a member of the Moot Court team, participating as both an advocate and a coach. He served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Elizabeth Gobeil at the Court of Appeals of Georgia and the Honorable Richard Story at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Will was also selected to be a Pupil to the Bleckley Inn of Court.
