About Sue
Sue is aware that any employment-related claim, no matter how small, requires grit and perseverance to be successfully litigated. She employs her experience to help employers with compliance and best practices when she isn’t litigating. Sue has experience representing clients in California state and federal courts as well as in front of administrative agencies. Sue worked as a public entity defense lawyer following law school. She has since developed a passion for employment law and is known for her commitment to her clients as well as her familiarity with Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the California Labor Code, and the California Private Attorneys General Act. Her experience also includes handling claims of harassment and discrimination, drafting policies and procedures, and delivering diversity and inclusion training. With her comprehensive knowledge of state and federal employment laws, she can offer valuable guidance to both businesses and their management teams.
When Sue is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family playing board games, baking, or roughhousing with her dogs, Bruno and Chase.
