About Nija
Nija is an associate in the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group in our New York City office. She counsels and represents management in various employment law and labor relations matters. In her professional career, Nija has represented clients in negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and litigation. Nija has also engaged in negotiations of collective bargaining agreements across New York City.
Nija earned her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where she focused on Litigation and Dispute Resolution. During her time at Fordham Law, she was actively engaged in a range of extracurricular pursuits, including participation in competitions and editorial contributions. She further demonstrated her commitment to her legal education through her involvement in diverse student organizations and committees. Nija received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Justice, with a minor in Political Science, from the State University of New York at Oswego.
