Lindsay is a trusted employment litigator with experience representing businesses against a broad array of claims, including those related to Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, and various state and local laws. Lindsay has successfully defended clients in both state and federal courts, including obtaining an Eleventh Circuit appellate victory upholding a summary judgment ruling in an FLSA collective action.
Lindsay is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and capitalizes on her hospitality industry experience in partnering with clients to help them achieve their business objectives. She routinely advises on litigation avoidance strategies and provides sound counsel on day-to-day employment issues.
