Hayley Wells is an associate in the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group. She assists employers in all aspects of employment law and litigation. She also litigates business torts and contract disputes.
Before joining MHS, Hayley served as a law clerk to Justice Charles J. Bethel of the Supreme Court of Georgia and practiced as a commercial litigator with an AmLaw 100 firm in Washington, DC.
Hayley grew up in the Atlanta area. She received her B.A. in Political Science and History, magna cum laude, from The University of Georgia and her law degree from Duke University School of Law. While in law school, Hayley was an editor of Law and Contemporary Problems and interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia.
