Diana is an Associate in the Firm’s Northern California Labor and Employment practice group. She assists employers in all aspects of employment law and litigation. With experience in workplace investigations and mediations, Diana understands the diversity of issues that arise from employment claims. Diana’s background has helped her develop a detail-oriented and energetic approach to her work, allowing her to deliver effective representation that meets the needs of employers.
Diana grew up in California’s Central Valley. She attended University of California, Santa Cruz, where she earned bachelor degrees in Literature and Economics. She then went on to receive her J.D. from University of California, Davis School of Law. While in law school, she was active in the U.C. Davis Immigration Law Clinic and the Latinx Law Students Association, through which she provided legal aid services to communities in the Central Valley.
