About David
David represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters. He has extensive litigation experience in both state and federal courts and is comfortable counseling employers on national labor and employment compliance issues. David has represented employers in matters involving restrictive covenants and claims under Title VII, Section 1981, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act before administrative agencies and courts across the nation. He also routinely works with employers to ensure that corporate policies are compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws.
David is an Atlanta native and received his law degree from Boston College Law School. Prior to joining MHS, David worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia and as an associate at a nationally based labor and employment firm. In both roles, David represented government and private employers in all matters concerning labor and employment compliance and litigation.
